Flex Frameworks

In the Flex world there is much discussion over how to organize complex applications. Certainly there exists a number of interesting Flex Frameworks. Right now, Cairngorm and EasyMVC are my top favorites. Today, Yakov Fain posted a very interesting commentary on whether or not a Flex framework is even necessary. "Heresy!", you say? Yakov Fain is no slouch. Yakov is a partner in one of the premier RIA shops, has co-authored http://www.theriabook.com/, teaches Flex Development at NYU and generally is a top respected name in Flex. Quite an accomplished guy, anyone would agree. So why does Yakov question the need for a framework? You'll just have to read the post yourself and find out.
